Hey, I'm

Lauren Rowley:)

I was born and raised in a small Utah town but I spent time living in and traveling through several countries while growing up. I was exposed to different cultures from a young age and I felt a need to document my experiences, this is where my love for photography and videography was born! I have been honored to capture 75+ weddings in my 4 years of wedding experience. I adore a good story and can't wait to fall in love with yours!

If you are looking for a posed slow-mo wedding video, then I am not the videographer for you. I believe in creating a wedding film that is true to how your day both looked and more importantly felt. I am vintage-inspired documentary videographer that is story driven and cares about capturing the biggest moments of the day was well as the candid moments. I combine not only the visual aspect but spend hours capturing the audio of your wedding day in order to bring it to life. Send me your favorite movies, your Pinterest board, Spotify playlist and what ever inspires your wedding day and we'll start story boarding the wedding film your children will relentlessly ask to watch!

I am excited to be adding film into my wedding services. After years of testing different camera and film stock I am finally ready to provide this add on. For a limited time couples will only pay for the cost of film and developing.

My philosophy

As a documentary and film inspired videographer and photographer I take a step back and capture each small and large piece of  your story. During our sessions I will prompt you but more than that I really strive to cultivate an environment in which you are comfortable to be authentic with your partner. My work is not for couples who are wanting the overly poses, picture perfect photos, nor for those who are afraid to create some movement and get a little dirty. If you vibe with backyard weddings, funky flash photos, music from the 60s, disco balls and spontaneous dancing we're gonna be a good fit:)  Let's forget about the camera and focus on making some fun memories!
